VLC Skin Editor
VLC Skin Editor is an application software download free Windows that lets you design and customize your favorite media player. It also allows you to install extensions and make it more powerful.
VLC is one of the most popular open source media players, and it has a simple and clean interface that makes it easy to use on your computer or mobile device. Its online community has created a huge number of skins that improve the program’s appearance, or at least add some more flavor.
The skins are created in a graphics program like Photoshop or GIMP. Then, they should be saved as PNG files and imported into the Skin Editor.
In the Skin Editor, you can change the look and feel of the program by changing colors, moving buttons and text messages, displaying them on different backgrounds, and more. Its new WYSIWYG approach enables you to do this with no knowledge of XML.
To design your own skin, you first need to create a big image for each control/button. Then, you should split it into slices, each slice with a different status (normal, mouseover and clicked).

Once you’ve finished designing your skin, you can upload it to the skins website so other people can download it. This is a great way to show off your creativity and improve the user experience of your favorite media player.
